Zanfona (Spain). Site is in Spanish, and has links to one builder and
two players in Spain.
- Stichting Draailier
en Doedelzak (Foundation for the Hurdy-Gurdy and Bagpipes) (Netherlands).
Most of the site is in Dutch, and the “welcome” page is also available
in French and English. The organization holds courses in the spring and fall.
